Battery Conservancy Sea Glass Carousel

Like many downtown, I received a lovely mailing from The Battery Conservancy yesterday and got very excited about the proposed renovation. From an Urban Garden, a contemplative labyrinth walkway and the uber modern Peter Minuit Plaza to the fantastical Sea Glass Carousel, it looks like a needed and welcome addition to the downtown landscape.
