Elmo impersonator accused of Harassment.
According to Yahoo News, a Los Angeles man dressed as the most popular Sesame Street character Elmo got cuffed and led down Hollywood's Walk of Fame after aggressively demanding tips for pics outside of Graumann's Chinese Theater. Elmo had been running with a fast crowd including the "dark-hooded character from Scream" when the incident occured. The scruffy red Muppet's mug will surely be coming soon to The Smoking Gun.
