OK, it's true, I haven't tried this yet, but I thought I'd pass it on to all of you (that's all of us) who wouldn't be unhappy if we shed a couple of pounds. It's the Dream Wrap, that touts itself as the 60 minute miracle that "lets you doze and wake up looking inches slimmer and years younger.." Sign me up, I say. The Dream Wrap involves a massage table with a ten speed motorized heat massage pad on top. The pad vibrates while you are loosely wrapped in a mineral drenched hypoallergenic blanket, then cocooned in a watertight plastic sheet. You catch some much needed mid-afternoon Zzz's and after an hour are woken (gently) up, wrapped in a hot robe, weighed and measured. They say the beneficial effects are long lasting. At $125-$200 for the session, there's not too much to lose. If nothing else, you get that much needed break from the overstimulation of a toddler.
